For Couples:

Experience is not required.

What we'll actually do.
Across the three days, we’ll move between:
- Embodied Practice
Breath, sound, movement, and nervous system work designed to: - Wake up your body
- Bring you back into contact with sensation
- Build capacity to feel more (pleasure, grief, desire, jealousy, love) without shutting down
- Polarity & Sexual Energy Work
You’ll discover how masculine and feminine energies shape desire, attraction, and the erotic field - in you, your partner, and between you both. Together we’ll explore how to: - Cultivate grounded presence, claim, and direction that the feminine can relax open into.
- Awaken radiance, softness, emotional expression, and surrender that calls the masculine deeper.
- Generate and sustain erotic polarity: the pulse of electricity that makes your body say “yes” before your mind catches up.
- Turn everyday relating into a charged, erotic dance instead of a flat, functional partnership.
- Intimacy & Relational Practice
Guided partner practices and small group work to: - Melt the “business partnership” vibe and return to heart-to-heart relating
- Bring forward the unspoken things in a way that deepens trust, not drama
- Practice conflict and repair through the body and emotions, not just in language
- Ritual, Ceremony & Devotional Space
We’ll work in a ceremonial atmosphere (intimate, alive, and unapologetically erotic) where: - Your connection (to yourself or your partner) is treated as a devotional path, not a performance.
- Sexual energy is honored as sacred: something to breathe, feel, and channel.

Your Teachers:
Sarah Entrup
Sarah Entrup has been teaching tools of transformation for over 20 years. She is a teacher of intimacy, embodiment, and love. Sarah has a degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado (the only accredited Buddhist university in the US), and completed undergraduate and graduate studies at Psychic Horizons, in affiliation with the Berkeley Psychic Institute. She is an ordained minister with the church of Inner Light. Sarah is a certified feminine embodiment, and sexual polarity teacher, as well as a certified kundalini yoga teacher, and mother to two incredible humans.

Travis Streb
Travis brings leadership and intimacy to life through deep, embodied practice. For those who have read the books and listened to the podcasts but still struggle to bring knowledge into action, he offers a path forward. Having spent over a decade as a professional coach and studying and practicing with world-renowned teachers in men’s work, relational intimacy, and energetic polarity, he helps others lead and love with presence and depth.Â
